This is an incredible value! 

The pre-cut papers & cardstocks are bagged individually for each of the 9 layouts along with a photo of the completed layout for page assembly (additional upclose photos of the pages can be found in the Google Album where the cutting files are stored).

The 10th bag contains the punch-out die-cut sheets, Cricut Print + Cut die-cuts, and stickers - including the needed reference sheets for layout placement, as well as all embellishments. 

No specialty tools (dies/folders/Cricut/etc.) are needed to complete this pre-cut kit. A Standard tool/adhesive kit is all that is required.
